Having the ten-year-warranty rust & stain-proof (inside & outside) on my Forrester 2016, I was concerned about what to do when I had to have the side door repainted after serious damage done to it... by a garage pillar; not by me! : ) The sales manager, Timothy, could not have been kinder nor more helpful. He made it all so easy and even went further in answering (and anticipating) questions. It was completed quickly and perfectly. I always have had very good experiences at Ogilvie Subaru in Ottawa but his was exceptional. Thank you!
