Don't waste your time. Absolutely the worst service department. After making a appointment a week in advance at 9:30 AM for a replacement of the front air mass sensor. They did not get to looking at my car until 1:30, supposedly because they put all the waiting room people in front of me. (why make a reservation). They cheerfully gave me a paid diagnostic test. .... I only wanted the front air mass sensor replaced..... Six hours later they concluded that I needed a front air mass sensor and new transmission fluids. Unfortunately they did not have the part, but I could pay in advance, come back tomorrow, and wait another day. No thank you. Never had such a bad experience in 14 years of owning a Honda. Of course, I never went to Apple Tree Honda before.
