I have used SmartVault since 2016 and find it to be a good tool for my office and my clients. Although, I have found using SmartVault's Resource Help and Support has been not easy and quite frustrating. I have tried chat, email and calling by phone recently and while it says I would receive a response within 48 hours, it has been well over a week and I still have an unresolved issue. As an active business owner, spending this many hours resolving an issue is not okay.
When I emailed, the reply did not answer my question, but gave a patent answer like you would receive on 'chat'. I've made several attempts to call, but have waited close to an hour, before selecting the call back option. Out of 3 requests to be called back, I only received one and they called back over the weekend when my office is closed.
If SmartVault could resolve their handling of requests within the said 48 hours, I could give a better review.
