Bought RAM and hard drive (SSD). SSD was opened. Box was bent and disheveled. Booklets and screws were missing. When I called, the rep told me they might have sent a shop item (used to show customers) by mistake. RAM had also been opened, but resealed with another (read theirs) sticker. Got the best price from them. Delivery was quick. But given the condition of the items, I wish I hadn't ordered. If you're from out of town, I'd advise you to stay away. Returns are difficult (and they will impose stocking fees). Will not order again.
