Bought a new 2018 Camry XLE Hybrid yesterday and had a great experience with Nick on the sales team. He provided a great overview of the car and its features without being overwhelming so that I would get the most out of the test drive. There was no time pressure - we drove on the local roads, tested out the acceleration and highway experience, and Nick selected a nice combination of hills and curves so that I could get a good feel for the car. After the test drive I had more questions about all of the car features and interior, and without hesitation Nick spent the additional time to walk me through all of the screens and features of the car. I've gone through the car buying process a couple times now and this was by far the best experience I've had. No waiting, no wasted time, and I had great customer experience from both the sales and finance teams.
