Went in to get checked out, was given a folder and...

Went in to get checked out, was given a folder and told to do a follow up in two days. Tried to to call the doctor at the number they gave me to schedule a follow-up, was on hold for almost an hour before it disconnected me, called again and was on hold for over an hour, still no answer. Called the emergency department at the hospital I went to try and get a different number to call, they were very unhelpful, I eventually got another phone number that I was told was the doctors "direct line", I called it and it was just another SSM Health place it directed me to a prompt that had nothing to do with the doctor I was tryingt to see. Eventually I called the emergency department back give me another number, and several people told me theit building was closed because of a holiday. Eventually drove up to the building where the doctor was, they where in fact open, had to schedule my appointment in person.

The receptionist or operators or whatever areuare and don't know what they're talking about. instead of giving you correct information they just bounce you around in hopes they don't have to deal with you.
