Absolute gem of a place. Feels really unspoilt by tourism and off the beaten track. You can walk at your own pace which I've never seen at a distillery before and we've been to a few! Deborah who gave us the tasting was such a lovely lady who provided lots of informative information and made it even more special. We've just bought lots of doorly's rum at the airport.
