Overall, good dealership. They won't hand you a bargain, you have to work for it and know what your talking about. i.e.: DO YOUR REASEARCH. And if you do you'll be rewarded. Bottom line, they want your money rather than you giving it to someone else. I have a couple of cars from them and they worked with me both times. Sold under 2 hours, so they don't work you over to bad. Service dept. is organized but wait times can be a bit long, but hey they're popular so that's part of it. However, they do listen to their customers in this regard. I have noticed something new, (at least it's new to me and as I've said I have a couple vehicles from here, so I've been around the place), they have the equivalent of a concierge I would say. They essentially go around the waiting rooms/lines and asking what it is you need done, directing you where and to whom you should go see to help speed up the process. So its an improvement. Buying a car sucks but with them it sucks a little less.
