Hmmm. Let's see why would I give TEP a 1 star. Charging me twice for my $360 bill would be a pretty good reason, because a college student is definitely gonna have enough to cover a double charge like that. Thanks TEP my checking account is now wiped and I had to transfer money from my savings to cover your mistake so I didn't get an overdraft fee.
