My young pals recently got a new cellar w/o knowin...

My young pals recently got a new cellar w/o knowing what that meant. So I found a reasonable 11 year old Bordeaux at Saratoga and sent it to them so they'd know what aging wine is worth. It went great. They got a case of wine that was in great shape and thought it revelatory. Here we go!
