I can see how this company is great for home owner...

I can see how this company is great for home owners, but not as great for renters. We tried to dispute several items like a dirty air filter and a spider web in the corner. The air filter was changed less than 30 days before move out (the date is even on the filter in the picture). Additionally, they force you to use one of two specific cleaning companies and I trusted that the cleaning company cleaned to the level expected by Birdy, so I find the charges unfair. They sent a response charge stands for the items. I m not sure why there is a chance for mediation... it seems none of our disputes were considered. Additionally, we had to move out of state due to military orders so we were not afforded the opportunity to use any of the states tools to resolve this in person.
