Completely careless with your vehicles - the pristine paint on my 30 year old classic Jeep was damaged with pink transmission fluid because they parked a leaking junker above it.

When I made contact they brushed me off to a different department with no apology, lectured me on their claims process, and demanded I fill out a bunch of paperwork within 48 hours in order to file a claim - all in the middle of me moving across country while my printer is packed and I'm busy moving in to a new house.

Absolutely absurd and ridiculous the way they treat you and your vehicles.
