Some of the staff was amazing, some not so much. ...

Some of the staff was amazing, some not so much. Same for the food. We enjoyed Neptunes and The Venetian. The Bayside buffet was great for all family members. The luggage pickup service was sorely lacking. Our shuttle was going to leave without our bags and the resort staff took quite a long time to get them for us, when the bags were ready 75 minutes prior to our departure. They just forgot to get them.
