Designed by a complete idiot - Who puts three steps at the bottom of every escalator?

It is an 'outlet centre' but to be honest the prices in the shops are little different to the high street, and can probably be beaten by shopping online, where they don't charge you to park (it's a weekday, the carpark is empty, and you still charge).
