Hi everyone, i drive 2018 Mercedes Metris, its a new comercial/passenger van, new to US market, in case someone doesnt know. So i had a problem in the front left side of the vehicle, had knocking sounds come out everytime i would go over bumps... so i took it to Mercedes Manhattan, and i have to say this is what u get when u deal with Premium manufacturers and legit dealers. They took care of the car on the level!!!! Turns out steering rack was the problem, i know some will say what the heck brand new car... anyways, Mercedes Manhattan kept it on their level!!! They actually replaced etire steering rack assembly as far as i could understand when took a look underneath the car after i left the dealership. Special thanks to mr. LEE REYES, he is the one in charge of taking care service regarding issues in the mini van and van department, as i understood. DESPITE the fact it took 2 days to fix it, no problems at all during the whole process, mr Lee is a very professional and nice person. Mercedes is a premium brand... would recommend to everyone... i guess best dealership i have ever went to... just comparing Toyota and Honda dealers in NYC to Mercedes in Manhattan... can not compare them!
