My husband and I came in to test drive the Ascent. We called ahead and were told to ask for Gene. When we got there he came out, we went for a test drive and Gene answered all our questions. He could not have been nicer! And he was never pushy or trying to get us with a hard sell! We were up front and told him that we were test driving other cars. Ultimately, Subaru won out and we got the Ascent and Gene was our guy the whole way through! Could not be happier with our purchase and how easy everything was. I even got a giant bow on the car since it was almost my birthday when we bought it!
