There are really only two decent options for large rig RVs to stay in the Billings area, so the law of supply and demand makes for very high rates at both of these campgrounds. The only reason we stayed here in the first place was because we have relatives in the area. The Billings KOA is a very nice campground but at $50 a night, with no sewage hookup it is the most expensive place we have stayed in almost a year of full time RVing. This price was with a KOA discount card we purchased at the time we made our reservation. We have stayed at some very nice RV resorts in much more desirable locations and have payed far less. This is the first KOA we have stayed in so maybe the price is normal for KOA's.
