Very bad. My room wasnt ready till 5: 30pm while the check-in time was 2pm. They didnt even apologized abt it properly but kept saying it was not ready and I had to wait. When I finally checked in coming back after dinner, the front desk staff gave me the card key without updating it so the door wasnt opened....How horrible...
