The rooms are pricy but small. The rooms vary greatly depending on where you are in the hotel. Some are larger, updated, with built-in HVAC. The room I was in last had a motel HVAC and wasn't updated. Room service was fast, tasty, and reasonably priced. The proximity to the university and town are unbeatable.
