I was delivered a freezer in April that didn't work. I kept getting delivery dates for a new one only to sit around waiting and there was never a delivery because it was on backorder. At the beginning of July I insisted on a refund (l was previously told I could not get one). I was told I'd get a refund within 7 business days of them picking up the non-working freezer. They now have the freezer and my money. Going into the third week since it was picked up and still no refund! They say they'll call you back and they never do. Avoid purchasing from here. We're now going into the 4th month since I ordered the freezer with nothing to show for it except for a loss of over $1000.
