This is about the customer service I received online, and I don't know where to put this! Last month I got some Cliff bars from the Rexburg Mobile Food Pantry and I am pretty much Celiac and super sensitive to gluten. Many of the bars I've had from their brand I'm fine with (except the oatmeal raisin), and usually the products that say 'may contain wheat' aren't that bad and I don't have a reaction. But there was one type of energy bar that actually HAD wheat in it (Malt has wheat!) and I had a terrible allergy reaction that lasted two days and I could barely do anything. I talked to customer service about how the product was mislabeled and they offered me bars from their gluten free selection. They mailed me my two favorite types of Luna Bars -- the Lemon bar and the Peppermint. I felt so loved and cared for and appreciated!! I've been buying their bars since 2012 and I plan on being a life-long customer. This really made my day when I received my favorites!
