Had a workers comp claim and an wrongful termination lawsuit! Was told by Tom that both of my cases were worth a couple thousand but that he didn t think I d get it. He ends up low balling in the settlement meeting. Smh
Now I m being hit up by Unemployment, claiming I owe for working while collecting Unemployment, but that s not true. I call him because my settlement states that the defense has to take care of overpayments and now I m being told this is a separate issue.
I was reassured by his office that I was not responsible for any overpayments and that I didn t have to worry about responding to any mail or calls. Now I m being told that it s my problem and there s nothing they can do! Smh
