Lot's of fun. They give you 30 bucks to use on your first visit. If you make money off that, then you need to leave before they get you to spend your own money.

Love it can't wait to go back again next month and have fun and hope to win some. Great to relax the rooms are very nice and people are so friendly services.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Casino and arcade area were both clean.

My last visit was not a very pleasant one. The hotel staff was rude and our beds were old and uncomfortable.

I haven't won anything there out of 4500.00 in the last two months unbelievable

Went to buffet waited in line for 20 minutes while others were being put through line. Asked manager why the let her line had 2 cashiers and our line had none. Was informed by manager with big ear rings I. His ears that because we weren't gold card holders we had to wait. I feel very offended because we stood there for over 20 minutes while they had both cahlshiers working the gold line. I spend money here as well as they do. Probably won't be coming back . We were treated better at the Lake Charles Casinos. Cashier Tia was very rude she yelled at us that the gold members were more important than us and we felt very embarrassed

Been going here for years. Prices for Kids Quest and Cyber Quest have become rediciously high which makes it difficult for young parents to play too. They make enough money with the casino. They can make the arcade affordable.

Tables and slots, live music and clubs, dining options. Rarely win. Better when it's not packed bc the newer games will be squatted the whole night. Servers come fairly regular if u top them and stay in the exact same area for 20 min after ordering.

I had an awesome time. The food at the buffet was delicious and because I have a gold card I was able to walk in without any wait time. The machines were paying off therefore I was able to stay and play longer.

We had a great time , the room was nice. We only ate at the market place.

Love the place, the ladys at the Reward Center are the best.

My first time here with my family. My father in law brought us here to have fun. He won $605 the moment we set down. He is so lucky cuz we lost everything in 1 hr. LOL but keep on playing

This placed has changed, like its not what it used to be. Restaurants are closed, they instead with a cafeteria style area for food. Like they went from quality to quantity, would rather get Mc Donald's to eat. Changed the drinks system and no promotions. Its like show up to play and eat our lousy food. I dont know if its because of Covid or the past Hurricanes, but this place is not what it used to be.

Had lots of fun regardless of the casino swallowing all my money. Don't forget to take a jacket and pray that All that 2nd hand smoke I inhaled in a short amount of time isn't going to kill me.

My friend and I enjoyed eating the buffet on Thanksgiving Day. We both worked long, hard hours and were too wore out to cook. We appreciated a delicious meal at Coushatta Casino. I was REALLY impressed by the variety of food!

Very clean place and the slot machines have a button to push to order a drink right from the machine and tells you who is ringing your drink. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was the BEST I have ever had!

Soooo whew they stop alcohol at 10:45 let's start there... then you can order on the game machine which require a game card... oh oh THEN YOU CAN'T ORDER YOUR NEXT DRINK UNTIL 20 MIN LATER!!!!!!! was not the best experience.. drinking and gambling kind of go hand and hand.

Have the whole snapper by Chef Tin. Very delightful.

Greetings, the casino floor is nice and spread out with a bar area in the middle. The table games start at $15 and up. Nice place to do some serious gambling.

If your white and from Louisiana you will not win. Machines are rigged and only people from Texas win!

I love going here because at least this place you get to win more then losing more even though it takes me 3 hours drive there it's worth my money because the hotels are very nice I love their shower at the seven clans I feel like I was in the luxury land at the Seven Clans Hotel and very well secured there I had never been to any hotels around the world that has this type of security where you can not get into the elevator without your card and they have a very nice swimming pool where you get a lazy river and a bar pool Services and they have lots of security there and best of all to give you a gift if you earn 250 points and every week without running any points to get a free gift and they're the only one in Louisiana that has the world's best crawfish I ever had not only you can eat as a buffet but also they are huge every year I look forward for theirs crawfish season Buffet and whenever you go to the 7 clans Buffet restaurant ask for the waitress Charlotte because for many years that I go there I always ask for her she is the sweetest and the bestest friendly and greatest waitress I ever had out any Coushatta restaurants they have! Even the not high price I also enjoy staying at the Chalet you can picnic there it's very private and cook inside but I wish you could put more people in there and have an extra bed or bedrooms that would be nice and convenient! I do admit that they do need more waitress and cocktail waitresses or waiters to a cocktail Waiters ! This is the only Casino that has bingo game also and on special occasions like holidays I love it when they can give away extra prizes! I wish they have something like this place in Houston Texas ! I do admit that there is plenty of parking spaces and especially for handicapped and you also got option to ride a bus from at least from San Antonio and Houston to go to Coushatta for for super cheap price the one I know it will cost you $15 plus you get a food voucher and $10 to play for free so it's worth it the only disadvantage of it you have to follow the buses time if you don't feel like a day for you staying overnight for a hotel then you have to wait for the next bus to come pick you up and bring you back to where you live this place does give you a lot of mileage to drive from one city to another especially coming from Houston and wear and tear on your car but is absolutely a lot of fun to kill time and release your stress and to get away from but only if you had to bring some money to play the slot machine or blackjack or the roulette or bingo all craps games ! I do have to admit when it comes to hot dog needs to be well cook because me and my fiance got very sick and The Cafe restaurant that serves sandwiches and soup every time I eat there I get diarrhea and get sick too I'm not sure because the serving temperature or the cleanness that making me very sick ! This is the only Casino I know that has a very interesting Indian tribe show and also have a amusement park sometimes and I love seeing the guy that look and sound like and dance like Elvis Presley and they have a live band for you to go and dance for free and they give cars away all time 24/7 especially on holidays:-)! I love it when they have also free slot play but you have to be 55 years and over which I will be pretty soon and special events to win a lot more money and they also change and bring in new slot machine games to play with ! I do wish that they would give special things for people on their birthdays without waiting to have your name drawing ! The bestest employees out of the whole Coushatta company is Charlotte that works at 7 Clan and Scott that used to work in the customer service but now I believe he works in the valet parking now which they both deserve a pay raise paid vacation or promotion and bonuses employee of the month and year and be well recognized they both have great memories super friendly and sweet and caring employees:-)! I do think for security wise they should have a 24 hour drive around in all parking lot !

This time around was a losing experience!!!! Was disapointed to say the least! Very nice motel, and dining though!

Security picked up my phone and brought it to the security desk. Then gave it away to another casino guest. Security has the guests name, phone number and address but will provide me with nothing. Security not threatens to kick me out if I ask any questions about my phone or their progress in getting it returned.

Coushatta and Evangeline Downs pretty much the same you have no chance of winning there Paragon is the best place to play

I enjoyed my whole trip. I loved the greeting when we arrived and departed.

They give you credit for your birthday but they take it right back. I wish they'd give a t-shirt or something that you can keep.

1st time here, very impressed. Slots felt looser than other LC casinos. Drink service was best I ever had in a casino, you order them from the machine and come out almost instantly. Friendly staff and lots of buffalos. I didn't stay or eat here but probably will be back for that.

New management isn't good. He won't even talk to people. We ordered drinks twice at the machines and didn't get them. When went to the bar and asked about them, the people were rude. We should of been able to go backstage to see the performer with the type of ticket we had and obviously he must of changed that too because they wouldn't let us.

The visit was a great experience. Everyone social distanced with no issued. Everything was clean and they had it feel safe. Great time with family.

I felt safe there but I wish they would have kept the comps considering the coronavirus and the hurricanes that hit the area keeping ing

The hallways smell. The carpet in the room extremely filthy and need to be replaced!!

Really not reviewing a stay but reviewing issues with trying to book a stay.. Coushatta has always been out favorite Louisiana Casino but after my recent experience no more. I tried to book a room first without any player information to see what kind of break we would get. Then I tried with my wife's card and got a break of about 40 bucks cheaper for two nights. Then tried my card info and actually they wanted to charge me 30 bucks more than the rack rate for the same two nights. I had the business card of a casino host and emailed the person and it was explained to me that Coushatta resets comp levels every 6 months. I was not happy with this but excepted it. Then the kicker one of the other couples that we were going with tried to book and they got one night comped and the second(which was a Friday) at a greatly reduced rate. I know fact they had not been to Coushatta for over a year. I mean what the hell ! someone is not being totally honest with me. Disappointed with this instead of contacting the host I went to the regular customer service contact through the website and put in everything that is stated here. that was over a week ago and still have yet to receive a response. Just disgusted with customer service I have received

It's a casino....covid may be taking a toll, grounds need maintenance machines are super tight!

Very nice place! Updated slot machines but the service while on the slots needs to improve tremendously i was sitting at times at machines with no drinks for about 30 min

It has a big gaming floor with an unlimited amount of slots. Great buffet on Tuesday's for members 55 and up.

So nice here. I always have a great experience when I visit. Services is great and waiters are almost always available.
