Mechanic was very helpful. Service was very understanding. Charges were way less than I thought it would be. Only draw back is mechanic tried to get me to buy a car...not what I was there for. Fix my car and don't try to sell me something I don't want or need.

Always friendly service personnel. Don't know about sales. Would like to be told vehicle services needed for maintenance when vehicle is in for oil change. I also should check maintenance schedule in manual

Brought in our 2014 Forester to check on several dash lights staying on after starting the car and also cruise control not working intermittently. I had visions of a bad ECM and hundreds to fix. Turned out it was a problem with the brake light switch which had been replaced (on recall) about a year ago. Anyway, back on the road in an hour and no charge. I've always experienced quick, honest service with Gustman Subaru.

I've been here a few times. Only place I feel good as a female taking my car to be fixed without getting ripped off. They helped me time before with a quick light change, oil changes. Even when they had by accident put a scratch in the door. They fixed at there expense.
