I want to thank Shangri-la for a great stay and for providing free snack bar for my kids. I could have given 5 score, only downside was that the parking ticket did not work and my husband needed to go back to the reception / lobby 2x before the parking ticket worked. It was only after the manager went down to the parking area to literally see that the turnstyle isnt working
