Terrible Customer Service. We walked in, was not greeted at the door. We waited 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us when there was low census at the dealership. It was the last dealership we visited today and we felt profiled, discriminated against and mistreated. We were not taken seriously. Management was very rude, stated that he could not shake our hands because he was "sick". They denied us access to test drive a vehicle that we are very serious about purchasing. They stated that we could not test drive the car because of its low mileage and "personal connection" to vehicle and could not "allow a test drive" unless a deal was fully negotiated and placed. According to the salesman, they also do not allow test drives because many people come in for "joyrides", which leads me to believe he assumed that we came to the dealership for simply, a joy ride. We appear young, BUT we are in a professional field of nursing where we treat everyone equally and with respect. At this dealership, we left with an unwelcoming, unsettling feeling of disgust and a sense reality, that some people do underestimate the buying power of young individuals, who may not "fit" the image of a stereotypical individual who appears to be of wealth. We will definitely have the pleasure of taking our business elsewhere.
