I called and made an appointment with this dealers...

I called and made an appointment with this dealership 4 days in advance to the appointment. I told them over the phone I needed a front plate bracket installed on the front of the vehicle (I needed the bracket as well) and I needed the key pad unlocked. They told me it would take no time and scheduled the appointment. Upon getting here and waiting for over an hour, they came out and told me that they didn't have the part and would need to go get it from a different dealership. The woman was kind and said it would only take an additional hour and that there were shuttle services if I wanted to go out into town. Two hours later she comes back and tells me that they have now just returned with the part and are going to work on installing it. Over 4 hours I have waited to have a license plate bracket installed and my keypad unlocked. The dealership we bought the vehicle from (2,000 miles away) confirmed that it should have taken an hour and a half tops. The customer service woman I delt with was wonderful, I was just appalled that even after making an appointment days prior they didn't have the part and gave me the run around on how long it was going to take them.
