The adviser name was Michael Parayo.
I came in to the service dept. after I found that the my car battery is dead with out any appointment. I went to the last isle and waited for 3 -5 min and the service advisors close to me ignored me and did not pay attention or even acknowledge me . Michael was far away from me and after he finished with his customer , he came toward me , very pleasant , patient , I explained to him my situation and he listened very carefully , He documented the issue , explained to me the process and provided a loaner .By 5 pm the car was ready and we came in, he greeted us , took the loaner car and explained the services that the dealership provided. Michael made the process very comfortable and enjoyable, we got the issue resolved in 4 hours without any hassle . I thanked him personally that he made the event very pleasant and pain less. I need to call out the man that processed on loaner car too. He was friendly, efficient and pleasant to work with. We had a very nice and pleasant visit and experience at Autobahn service dept. I hope the other team member to be as responsible as Michael and not to ignore their customers. This is one of most pleasant visit in the past 6 years.
