Good food and bad service

Good food and bad service

The service was * unobtrusive *, slow, forgetful.
System seem to have none. Everyone comes over and asks, or not. There are probably no fixed tables for the individual "specialist" forces.
As an operator, I would do some training there, but maybe that does not matter?
