I have used The Talance Group both as a hiring manager and as a candidate. They are not high volume, commission driven recruiters. They helped me make sure the fit was right on both sides. They did a great job helping me prepare for the interview and with the offer negotiations. On the hiring manager side, I had a high level of trust that the candidates they sent to me had been properly vetted ahead of time - this gave a great deal of weight to Talance candidates versus other applicants.
