The Hilton Garden Inn lives up to their image. The location is quiet, well lit at night, grounds clean and tidy. They have staff that are friendly and smiling greating you at the front desk.
The facilities are impeccable. Rooms are spotless and attention is given to the smallest thing.
Dont under estimate the cleaning crews. Those people work their butts off in keeping the rooms looking like home.
They are friendly and when I had a request about a squeaky closet door, they made sure it was taken care of immediately.
If it wasnt for these worker bees this wouldnt be what it is.
The Pacific Grille is excellent. The staff are friendly and ready to serve you.
If you are hungry, you came to the right place.
You can order just about anything from a cup of coffee to large delicious pancakes and eggs/omelets and on.
The chefs are fast in prepping your order. Seemed like it was less than 5 minutes. They brought to your table.
I ate breakfast there every morning. Always refilled my coffee.
My family has always stayed at a Hilton when I was growing up. I learned what top service is.
Conrad Hiltons vision is still followed.
When I am in the Monterey area, I will stay here.
