I don't even give a star. Absolutely the worst delivery service. The delivery does not arrive, I call the toll-free number 199 and they tell me that the package is from an Italian post office and that taking care only of the delivery they do not know where the package is !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But those who assume, of late ????? Obviously I do not have or shall recover the package, which apparently disappeared.
I don't know how it is possible that Italian post office still relies on SDA, I believe that in Africa the packages arrive more easily.
I would have put zero stars but it's not possible
