I had the most pleasant experience with Coats and Todd. I was very nervous and had many unknown questions regarding my case. After speaking to Mr. Coats, I felt at ease. He always answered our questions with much understanding and never in a rush. Mr. Coats helped us in every step of the way through the whole process. Mr. Coats is great at what he does and very knowledgeable. Melissa was wonderful!!! She always answered my questions right away and was super helpful whenever I needed her. Melissa went above and beyond to help us. I couldn't do it without her. The whole process went very smoothly and I would highly recommended them!!!!!!
