I ve waited over a year to make this review hoping...

I ve waited over a year to make this review hoping my experience would improve. In June of 2017 I had Bruno do complete new duct work and a brand new a/c unit. The install was only ok as they took longer than originally told. But that would have been fine if we didn t continue to have issues with our new unit. In a one year period we have had 8 service calls on a brand new unit with all new duct work. I even purchased additional products after the the original install. At the one year mark I asked three separate times for a manager to call me to discuss what we were going to do after the warranty expires. I didn t feel I had purchased a reliable unit. At this point I ve not heard from anyone. Plus I ve had several friends tell me they wished they had known I called Bruno that they would have stopped me. I will say the service techs are very nice and helpful. Overall worst A/C experience I would run the other way if you re shopping for new unit.
