Absolutely amazing place to train. Keep in mind the folks complaining about it being older and no frills are right, this isn't Equinox or Lifetime. This is the kind of place you will love if you want to be inspired by men and women putting in hard work, and to see people who truly know how to work out. Come here to learn, and take in some great energy. My Wife and I came here for our honeymoon and have gone everyday. The area is not ghetto and not scary, just a little run down like all beach areas are everywhere. Definitely a 5 star experience.
