The worse experience ever! Boy Manchester Honda you should be so proud you have an employee like Tom Graham (NOT)! He is definitely the king of rude and arrogance. Also maybe your rates wouldn't be so high if you got rid of at least half of the 30 people you've got working in the bay area sitting around.
First of all Mr Personality I never asked for a free rental car it was your employee who said it. I just wanted a car. When you said, " What'd ya do get this vehicle off ahh friend or neighbor?" That was rude especially given the fact you knew it belonged to my deceased mother!! We had already discussed that fact.
How many people do you know who would sink thousands of dollars into an 2002 Honda CRV?? Especially one that has only 60ish thousand miles on it. Only someone who has a lot of sentimental value. All the maintenance has been done at Manchester Honda. That was until I met you!!
Now what about the fact that I was called and told the cost would be $500.00 and something for the rear brake job. Than called back later and told me you guys misquoted me and it was going to be $700.00 more!!! So the whole thing cost me over$1,200.00!! Wow that's some kind of misquote!!! Well I guess someone has to pay for those 30 people sitting around in the bay area.
