Pretty run down and at the end of a very sketchy road, feels like you are going through an apocalyptic time to get to the hotel. More potholes on that one road than in all of flint I think. Once in your room its nice enough just a bit older and things are falling apart but the rooms was clean. Television was fuzzy. Riverwalk right outside was pretty nice. All in all it was acceptable for the lower price point.
