Hotel was nice with a very relaxing spot that we found in the pool area. Our room was on the 11th floor but was very noisy due to the window seal not meeting hence letting in the noise from the street below. We found the food OK however it was a bit of a free for all when it came to meal times and the clearing and re laying of tables had a lot to be desired! One thing I would like to recommend is that the hotel (and this probably could apply to all hotels in benidorm) should advertise the fact that in the streets there is potential to be scammed out of money from Eastern Europeans who roam the streets praying on innocent holiday makers!!
