The location of the hotel is excellent. It's in downtown close to transit. The hotel is huge, so there was a lineup at check in. However, with 5 employees working, check in was quick. They also have this cute set-up for "kids check in". The room itself was ok, the bathroom though was in a pretty rough shape. Food options are quite expensive, so I would advise to go outside of the hotel for food.
