Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square. Franchise theme segment. Crowded. Well staffed and very good service. Food standard in quality for the segment. Had the steak fajitas which were fair. Prices more than par. Portions a little less than par. No happy hour or specials of any kind at this location though.
