Terrible customer service!! Room had mold, broken ...

Terrible customer service!! Room had mold, broken shower handle, toilet was wobbly , room smelled bad , and a dirty rag was left on the bedside table! Oh, but the room was sealed clean !!
We spoke to the manager and he was refusing to give us another room due to COVID!! Like really??? Makes no sense! I had to argue with him to give us a room!!

Also, I checked in online and I when I got to hotel, they had already changed my rooms! What s the point of checking in online and choosing your room if they are still gonna take it to give to someone else??!

They were doing nothing to enforce social distancing. I recorded and took pictures.

Many other things happened, I m not gonna bother to write on here , but I am going to call corporate.

I will never stay here again!!! Hotel is old , and needs a lot of repairs. Customer service is the worse!

Customers don t matter, only their money!
