Normally very pleased with service here but had appointment at 11 for simple oil change and still sitting here at 12:45. They clearly put others before me rather than taking my car in for oil change at at 11. No feedback in all this time. Came here for quick change instead of going to Jiffy Lube. Mistake.

Edit: Found out they were fixing a recall item. Which is good but wish they would have told me because I really needed to be quick and would have rescheduled that.
