My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Mark Harris back in October when we purchased a 2017 Highlander. Last week, that Highlander was declared a total loss due to an accident. Thanks to Toyota's amazing quality all were safe from the accident. We immediately knew we needed another vehicle. Mark Harris was the first person we thought of and, as of yesterday, we are the proud new owners of a 2018 Highlander. Mark was personable and so helpful when it came to both of our purchases. We also worked with Mike for financing and I just can't say how thrilled we were with the customer service. Thank you Lithia Toyota, Mark, and Mike!
