Been there two times and though the scenary is nic...

Been there two times and though the scenary is nice the service is very poor, even a disaster for an establishment which pretend to be at the top level...

Both time we ordered drinks and some afternoon quick bites (cakes, salads, etc.). Both time we received our drinks after about 10mn and our food about 30 mn later... (for a piece of cake and a salad!). Not nice when you want to eat your coffe with your ordered biscuits...

Portions are small, waiters not really nice and prices extremely expensive for the quality and portions served. On top of that they have very strict hours for breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea. If you want to have something from the breakfast menu or dinner menu later on, forget it! It is also not possible to have afternoon tea before 3pm! For a cup of tea and scrowns! I understand for hot meals but most of their menus are cold ones and they have a rather short menu...

There are many other places where you can enjoy a more relaxing athmosphere with nice people, better food and much more flexible hours (afternoon tea are served all day at some places!). So, have a look, maybe one coffee, and then go somewhere else!
