Today, I give them a 1. I was a little disappointed with my service. I went in to specifically for the Sanitize for a Healthier Ride treatment. I was told over the phone when I made my appointment that it would take 30 minutes. My appointment was at 7:20 am. So I figured I'd be in/out no problem. 2 hours later, my Service Rep Paul still had not come to get me. I had to go to the cashier to ask about my car. She was very polite. She said I needed to talk to my service Rep, but I had no idea who he was, so she says, it should be on the yellow slip. I never got that slip so she looked me up, found my Rep and had me go see him. Upon arrival, he walked around and finally got my paperwork and I was able to check out. After signing out, I had noticed on my invoice that it said customer rejected 20 point inspection. Granted, I my intentions were to just get the sanitation treatment, but I was upset, because I was never given the option to do the inspection. That bothered me. She asked me if I wanted to go talk to Paul, but at this point, I was already late for work and irritated that a 30 min service took 2 hours. I had to get back to work, so I declined and told her I would just write my review. She did apologize which I did appreciate.
