HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!!
The people working at this company cannot keep their stories straight. I requested a mail to be forwarded to me and it has been almost 2 months and I have not received my mail. At first someone told me it hadn't been forwarded, another person told me it was forwarded, but with no address and it will probably be sent back to me, then the third person - a supervisor stated that it has been sent. That the others were mistaken. She told me if I haven't received it that I should call USPS. She made it a point to sarcastically stress that I only paid $0.78 (meaning what do you expect). I expect it to be sent and get to me no matter what I pay. I have a feeling that it was somehow misplaced and was never sent (just my gut feeling). My suggestion for whoever is in charge (hopefully not the people I talked to) is to train staff well. Put procedures in place to ensure that mails actually get forwarded when requested - no matter what the customer pays. $0.78 or $50. Thank you.
