Sales personnel need too listen to the customer. I only asked a few questions and salesman initials JR did not meet basic standards. I asked to put the car in both our names. Came back hours later with just wife's name. I asked if the vehicle had navigation, he said no. After buying it, it does! Asked for quick service and took 6.5 hours. Manager very pushy with wife on service upsales. NOT A WAY TO DO BUSINESS.
