Horrible customer service they sold me a warranty ...

Horrible customer service they sold me a warranty that isn t active. And then when I called I keep getting pushed to the next department. I bought this car a year ago and nearly spent an extra 6000 grand for the warranty that s been inactive ??? Can someone please actually call me. !!!!!
