Went for an appt with my moms dog. It was going to be put down. My mom had made the appt in person the day before while going over the dogs issue. When we got there for the appt, everyone greiving, the secretary somhow didnt put the appt in and had no idea we were expected and why!!!
They apologized, however, and worked it out. It did make a little more time to say goodbye to a beloved pet so in a way the delay was good. But still, how do you forget to put an appt in the schedule, people???
