Friendly people but the gentlemen helping did not know about a specific issue that impacted a model of vehicle we were there to look at. When I tried to press for information, it was brushed off as something he was sure had been handled and that we shouldn't worry about it (which the fact that he was unaware of the issue in the first place was off-putting and not convincing that it shouldn't be a concern). We never lost the vibe of being in a car with a salesman rather than a person looking to help (something we found elsewhere). The auto text messages every few days have become an annoyance rather than an incentive to return. Maybe if the text was once every two weeks, it would be a different story. But every 2-7 days of receiving texts just became too much and left a negative reaction when thinking about the idea of going back.
